"Remote Viewing" is the name of a technique that allows one to "see" - and locate - a pre-defined target without physically moving. Furthermore, the so-called "remote viewer" can also travel to other planets and access different timelines! Believe it? Read more.
In trance, Swann noticed dark clouds in the sky, and soon a strong storm hit. Suddenly, two tall beings stood in front of him...

Beings from another world and another time?
Ingo Swann was considered the most important remote viewer at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI). When he "remote-visualized" himself on Mars, he noticed that two tall, thin beings were standing next to him.
Both beings seemed to be aware of his presence, albeit in a mental state. Swann realized he was not even on Mars, but in another timeline! How could it be?
Astonished Ingo Swann realized he remote-viewed to another time-space continuum!
Nonetheless, he couldn't say whether that moment was the time when life on Mars had been extinguished. That feeling was due to a heavy storm that seemed to be close. He assumed that the storm would destroy the planet. He was not that sure, but he felt this.
Other "remote viewers" have also remotely viewed other planets and even the bottom of the sea.
Those missions were too risky. Hence for safety reasons, most of them had been aborted.
Another remote-viewer, Lyn Buchanan, a retired US Army sergeant, has also had some fantastic experiences with extraterrestrials.
Thus, he could elaborate a so-called "Catalog the Intentions" of those beings - and their intentions - with whom he has had contact:
Friendly beings (less psychic than humans): species that come to Earth only for commercial purposes (mining or other exploitation of the planet's wealth).
Hostile beings (less psychic than humans): species that avoid contact with humans, but if one comes their way, they don't take responsibility.
Friendly beings (more psychic than human): species that wish to help humans (usually via telepathy) in developing their psychic abilities or inspiring them.
Hostile beings (more psychic than humans): species that hate humans. For this reason, they wish them to become extinct, as they fear that humans with psychic abilities could be a threat to them.
Another agent who became famous and had a tragic end because he "knew too much" was Pat Price, a former police officer from Burbank, California.
Price worked on the "Scanate Project". His degree of accuracy was impressive, attracting the attention of the top echelons of the CIA.
Like Ingo Swann, most of Pat Price's missions were successful. Some, by the way, caught the CIA's attention due to that huge success. One of them was the case of a nuclear silo found on the border between Russia and Alaska.

Another of Price's great remote viewing was locating a Tupolev loaded with missiles. It had fallen in a region that was difficult to access and undetected by radar. CIA kept its eye on him. However, the issue became even more risky when Pat made a discovery that would cost his life...
The result of such a discovery was devastating to Pat Price!
Actually, this RV "disturbed" the CIA headquarter. Top Secret programs could be jeopardized due to some "intruders" who could leak them to the enemy.
During a mission, Pat realized that some unusual frequencies were disturbing him. Then he decided to pay more attention to the underground on Mount Hayes, on the border between Alaska and Canada.

This sudden "change of course" turned out to be a fatal error for agent Pat Price...
So Pat Price detected an "attractor", the name given when a plan is altered because of a magnetic anomaly or frequency change that "attracted" the agent's attention during the VR.
And that's what Price did: he changed his focus by redirecting it to the underground of Mount Hayes.
The agent "visualized" structures under the mountain that included pipes, tunnels, and high-tech equipment.
Suddenly he began to draw what he was witnessing...

Pat Price's drawing was awkward and pretty unusual!
"Sitting in front of an oval screen," says Price, "there is a being, I can't say exactly what it is because it has a strange silhouette. It wears dark clothes and plays a kind of organ with keys or buttons. I see humans nearby who seem to be taking notes on a clipboard. It seems to me that they notice my presence (...)".
This "attractor" was certainly Pat Price's worst trip. He would pay with his life because of that. So after the revelation of his vision, he only lasted a short time. It is suspected that the CIA (KGB, or someone else?) "got rid of the agent who knew too much".
Pat Price "pays the price"
After meeting an alleged acquaintance at the Las Vegas hotel where he was staying, just before a lecture, Pat Price suddenly felt sick in the cafeteria and went back to his room. People were looking for him after a while. Since he didn't give any answer they broke into this room. He was found lifeless on his bed. No autopsy has been made and no more news about his uncommon death. Remote Viewing was no longer welcome to the US Government.
(For more details about this case, watch it here: “The Mount Hayes Mystery | CIA File Alleged ‘E.T. Base’ Could’ve Been Under Alaskan Wilderness”)
A region famous for its high rate of disappearances and sightings: where is Mount Hayes?

Mount Hayes is located within the "Alaskan Triangle", named because of the high number of unexplained occurrences at these coordinates.
In addition to strange lights and sightings in the sky, numerous disappearances of people have been - and still are - reported. Most of the time, there is no return. The triangle comprises Anchorage, Juno, and Barrow and is located on the border between Canada and Alaska.
The region delimited by the triangle can only be accessed by air, which makes it difficult to find out what is going on inside Mount Hayes by land.
After the "incident" with Pat Price, other bases have been located by other remote viewers, but nothing has been proven (for obvious reasons).
Joseph McMoneagle and Skip Atwater, active remote viewers, have "suggested" that the bases are located "inside" mountains in countries like Spain and Zimbabwe, for example. From there, information (certainly top secret) is transmitted into deep space. It remains to be seen "what" and "where"...
Project Stargate: "discontinued" by the CIA

Could Pat Price's discoveries have been the main reason for the "discontinuation" of Project Stargate?
The alleged reason for the cancellation of Project Stargate was "officially" due to the end of the "Cold War" and, therefore, the lack of funds to continue the program. Many claim that this was not the case.
Were the American government and its intelligence agencies "worried" about the unexpected leak of a "Top Secret" program like the one at the Mount Hayes base?
Many questions: no answers at all...
Despite all the issues, scientific society is already beginning to "see" Remote Viewing with "different eyes".

There are already clear reasons for VR to become a reliable tool in various sectors of society. Therefore, sectors that can adopt Remote Viewing resources as a form of organizational and technological strategy are many, as follows:
Civil Service
Public and Private Security
Army and Military
Government and Business Intelligence
Medicine
Agriculture
Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis, and Psychology
Business Consulting (Tax Auditing and Human Resources)
Zoology and Geology
Archaeology
Oceanography
Astronomy and Ufology
RSIR
Anti-terrorism
Remote Sensing Image Retrieval (RSIR)
RSIR, the initials of which stand for "Remote Sensing Image Retrieval", is an "in loco" search carried out by the remote viewer, whose mission is to "retrieve images that are in a context outside of our time". How so?
The aim of RSIR is to identify what happened when the image or photo was taken, regardless of when it happened. How does this work?
With a specific photograph provided by the client, the remote viewer will "travel" back to the exact moment when the image was taken. In "mental transportation" they will first identify the context in chronological terms and its location. The focus, finally, will be on identifying certain historical events that are still obscure, i.e. not reliably revealed. Sound like a fantasy? It's not though.
Anti-terrorism
The US intelligence community - despite VR's "official shutdown" - according to sources, has still made use of its services.
Osama Bin Laden
It is rumored that Osama Bin Laden was tracked down thanks to a VR and killed shortly afterward in his home. It is said - and this seems to be an exaggeration - that Osama already knew that he was at risk of being tracked down because of the VR, since - it is also said - he already worked for the CIA. So legend has it that he trained his dog to detect "invisible presences". When this happened, he tried to change location. If this is true, they must have poisoned the poor dog before eliminating its owner.
Saddam Hussein
Another legend behind the scenes in VR tells us that something similar may have happened to capture Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein. An "agent" discovered him, via VR, hiding inside a trapdoor. Of course, there is no evidence to support these captures. But I can't help chanting: "se non è vero è ben trovato"...
The Bottomline
The fact is that the common application of Remote Viewing, which is still an unconventional technique, could change concepts and alter strategies in the various sectors listed here.
Furthermore, VR, as I mentioned at the beginning of this article, even though it's not a recent practice (it was common in the East, which has always placed special emphasis on the "non-local nature of consciousness"), could become fundamental to solving one of the biggest human problems: lies and scams that even the most accurate algorithm can't detect because hackers will always have a counter-hacker to confront them.
One of the "discoverers" of Remote Viewing, Russell Targ, wisely observed in his book, "Miracles of Mind", published in 1997: "Remote viewing is not just a mystical practice but above all a scientific one, because it is only validated once it has been empirically proven.".
Therefore, when REMOTE VIEWING becomes commonplace in society, there will certainly be a great leap forward in human evolution.
Therefore, there is no point in doubting or questioning any enigmatic topic without first finding out about it.
To illustrate this reminder to the bold, I quote a timely maxim from the book "The Marriage of Heaven and Hell" by William Blake, an English philosopher, and painter: "What is now proved was once only imagined".
